ALLDOS DDI 209 Dosing Pumps to 20 litres per hour

DDI 209 dosing pumps are very reliable even for pumping rates as low as 0.005 l/h. Simplicity is evident immediately. Instead of having to convert the required litre capacity per hour into the corresponding stroke frequency (strokes per minute) of the pump, all you now need to do with DDI is enter the litres per hour. You no longer need either knowledge of equations or a pocket calculator. The stroke adjustment button is thus consigned to history.
The pump can be adapted quickly and easily to the users own specific process requirements. The calibration process is also particularly straight forward. The integrated microelectronics calculates the correction factor that is needed and within a few moments the pump is ready for high-precision operation. Even inexperienced operators require only a few minutes to learn the most important steps.

1. Very consistent, finely tuned, and consequently, virtually continuous dosing.
2. The gentle suction motion reduces gassing of the medium and, in conjunction with the consistently high suction volume, ensures that the processes involved remain highly reliable even when difficult substances are concerned.
3. Slow-Mode particularly for viscous media with low vapor pressure: This is an operating function where the suction stroke can be decelerated specifically.
4. User-friendly batch programming with timer function. Simply enter batch start, batch duration and dosing flow, the pump will regulate the necessary dosing speed.
5. Contact signal control: Input in ml per contact with ingeniously regulated continuous dosing.
6. Current signal control: 4–20 mA with display of the current dosing capacity.
7. Total service-hours counter and total dosing flow counter.
8. Code function for protection against non-authorized access.
9. The memory function saves non-processed contact signals so that the pump can process them later.

ALLDOS DDI 222 Dosing Pumps to 150 litres per hour

The DDI 209 series (0.004 to 20 l/h) has proved itself on the market as champions in dosing technology. The integrated high-performance microelectronics and the innovative speed-regulated drive technology produce a precision and harmony unrivalled on the market. The dosing rate is simply entered in litres per hour, and the pump takes care of the rest.

DDI 222 is now extending these features to higher rates of up to 150 l/h, and many special features have been developed for equally special dosing tasks.

Two-step Slow Mode: DDI 222 offers reliable and digital dosing™ of high-viscosity media up to 2600 mPa s. With this sophisticated function, which decelerates the suction stroke systematically, and with specially developed valve combinations, ALLDOS offers a solution, that ensures high process quality even for the most viscous media:

1. Slow Mode 1 (approx. 60 % of the maximum dosing rate) allows media up to 1000 mPa s to be dosed 2. Slow Mode 2 (approx. 40 % of the maximum dosing rate) manages even extremely viscous media up to 2600 mPa s

This represents huge cost savings for the user as he can now add expensive chemicals directly, without connecting dilution or treatment systems.

The DME Range; 2.5 to 940 Litres per hour

The Alldos DME range feature precise capacity setting in millilitres or litres, operation panel with plain-text display at the side or at the back, key lock, 0/4-20 mA control, pulse-/timer-based batch control, anti-cavitation function and easy calibration function.
