Amiad Automatic Self Cleaning Sediment Filters
Amiad's new TAF filter series offers compact, easy to operate, automatic filters. Each filter is equipped with a self-cleaning mechanism driven by a hydraulic motor. The TAF is designed to work with Amiad's Stainless steel screens, and is available in 50 & 80mm inlet/outlet.
Operates on water pressure, does not need any external source of energy.
Simple and easy to operate and maintain, fully automatic operation.
Unique cleaning mechanism- the filter requires minimum water for flushing.
For flow rates up to 50 m3/h, depending on water quality and filtration degree.
High quality stainless steel screen - from 800 to 50 micron
Wide range of filtration applications – where no power is available

Amiad Scanaway - for manual cleaning of 2” and 3” filters
The Scanaway assembly consists of a hollow PVC pipe with suction nozzles that face the inner side of the screen. A handle, connected to the suction scanner from the outside, turns the scanner so that it rotates without touching the screen surface. Opening an exhaust valve creates a low-pressure condition, which causes the scanner nozzles to suck in the dirt from the screen's surface. Scanning can be done during the filter process without interrupting the water flow.

Amiad Brushaway - for manual cleaning of 2”-14” filters
This device provides a quick and efficient cleaning of manual filters. The Brushaway assembly consists of nylon brushes that are fitted on a stainless steel frame and inserted into the filter screen. A simple handle, outside the filter, enables brushing away particles from the screen's surface. Brushing is done during the filtering process without stopping the water flow. Regular brush cleaning requires minimal system shut down or handling of internal parts. There is no additional head loss through the filter when installed.

Amiad Turboclean - a solution for non-stop filtration
Particles are pushed to the debris area, and the filter screen remains clean at all times. The Turboclean consists of a screen cylinder with an inside Torpedo device, preventing particles from remaining on the screen. Periodical opening of the drain port releases the dirt from the debris area without opening the filter for cleaning.

Amiad Autoflush - automatic flushing of Turboclean filters
The Autoflush is supplied with a hydraulic valve that opens automatically by means of an electronic timer. The timer allows the determination of the flushing duration intervals. This is applicable to 3” LT-S filters or for 2 or more filter units operated in sequence
