ROTO Progressive Cavity Pumps

40 years experience in design and manufacture of Progressive Cavity Pumps.

Roto RMA Series Pumps

Construction features:

The standard pumps are of Cast Iron or Stainless Steel construction. Rotating part are of Alloy steel or Stainless Steel. Special materials of construction are available for highly corrosive fluids. Torsion-free, Moulded to Metal stators are available in a wide choice of materials, including Hyplon, EPDM, Viton etc. Shaft sealing by soft gland packing or mechanical seal.

Fluids Handled:

Ceramic Slurry and other Abrasive Corrosive Slurries, Massecuite, Effluents, Oils, Maize Slurry, Viscose, Paints, Vegetable Oils, Sludge etc.

Roto RNA Series Pumps

Construction Features:

The RNA standard pumps are of Cast Iron or Stainless Steel construction. Rotating parts are of alloy steel or Stainless Steel.
Special materials of construction are available for highly corrosive fluids. Torsion-free, Moulded to Metal stators are available in a wide choice of materials, including Hyplon, EPDM, Viton etc. Shaft sealing by soft gland packing or mechanical seal. The pump uses the pin and bush type universal joint. Special versions available for pressure up to 6 Bar.

Fluids Handled:

Ceramic Slurry and other Abrasive Corrosive Slurries, Massecuite, Effluents, Oils, Maize Slurry, Viscose, Paints, Vegetable Oils, Sludge etc.

Roto DC Series Pumps

Roto DC series pumps incorporate stainless steel rotating parts and nitrile stators. Shaft sealing is via mechanical seal.

The DCAA/DCCA have Cast Iron housing parts, while the DCAB/DCCB use engineered plastic.

Available in bareshaft (DCAA/DCAB) or close coupled motorised versions DCCA/DCCB, 240 or 415 volt.

Roto WNA Series Pumps

Construction Features:

Hopper type suction inlet allows gravity flow of highly viscous material on to Auger Coupling Rod which pushes the substance to the pumping element. Pump construction is Cast Iron/Mild Steel with Alloy Steel rotating parts. For corrosive application All Stainless Steel construction pumps are also manufactured. Torsion-free, Moulded to Metal stators are available in a wide range of materials including Hyplon, EPDM, viton etc. Shaft sealing by soft gland packing or mechanical seal. The pump uses the pin and bush type universal joint

Fluids Handled:

Cake mix, Grease, Waste Asbestos Slurry, Explosive Slurry, High Consistency Paper Pulp, Battery paste, Massecuite, Grout mix, Magma, Printers Ink Paste and other like Materials.

Roto WMA Pumps

Construction features:
The standard pumps are of Cast Iron and Stainless Steel construction. Rotating part are of alloy steel and Stainless Steel. Special materials of construction are available for highly corrosive fluids. Torsion-free Moulded to Metal stator in a wide choice of material including Hyplon, EPDM, Viton etc. Shaft sealing by soft gland packing or mechanical seal. This space saving vertical configuration design provides the flexibility of making tailor made pump for given sump.

Fluids Handled:

Ceramic Slurry and other Abrasive Corrosive Slurries, Massecuite, Effluents, Oils, Maize Slurry, Viscose, Paints, Vegetable Oils, Sludge etc.

Roto KMA Series Pumps

Construction Features:

For handling extremely difficult media, wide throat KMA series pumps have additional bridge breaker side paddle to sweep the media to the Auger, preventing any bridge formation over the hopper inlet. Pump construction is Cast iron/Mild Steel with Alloy Steel rotating parts. For corrosive applications All Stainless Steel construction pumps are also manufactured. Torsion-free, Moulded to Metal stator are available in a wide choice of materials including Hyplon, EPDM, Viton etc. Shaft sealing by soft gland packing or mechanical seal.

Fluids Handled:

Media with extremely high solid content otherwise considered `un-pumpable´ like De-Watered Effluent Sludge, Paper Pulp having 12-21% consistency, Lumpy Sticky Substances such as Dirty Grease, China Clay, Filter Cakes e.g. Soya Cake, De-Watered Sludge etc.
