Metal Pumps
Wilden's metal pump line provides the durability, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and temperature range required for a variety of process and waste applications. Body construction is available in Aluminum, ductile and cast iron, 316 Stainless Steel, and Hastelloy materials, in six sizes to meet different flow and head requirements. A variety of options such as Advanced Series & clamp band fasteners, NPT & BSP threads, ANSI & DIN flanges, and specialized air distribution systems provide complete customization for your application. Plastic Pumps
Wilden's plastic pump line provides the durability, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and temperature range required for a variety of process and waste applications. Body construction in Polypropylene, PVDF, Teflon, PFA and carbon-filled acetal materials are available and construction in 6 sizes meets most flow requirements. A variety of options such as Advanced Series & clamp band fasteners, ANSI & DIN flanges, NPT threads, and specialized air distribution systems provides full customization to your application.

Sanitary Pumps
The Saniflo™ pump line is specifically designed to meet the strict guidelines established for sanitary process applications. Saniflo™ pumps incorporate a straight flow-through design to assure that product will not stagnate or become trapped. Two pumping chambers reduce velocity within the pump resulting in high shear sensitivity. The pumps do not utilize close fitting parts thus allowing solids to pass without harm. Abrasive and viscous products are also pumped easily without altering product integrity. All Saniflo™ pumps are constructed of 316 S.S. wetted parts with Teflon®, Viton®, or Sani-Flex™ (Hytrel®) elastomers. Tri-clamp style inlet and discharge ports offer quick, easy disconnect for cleaning, inspection, and maintenance. The wing nut fasteners provide easy grip for the removal of the pump clamp bands which further expedites these processes. Saniflo™ is sanitary pump technology at its best.

Wilden manufacture specialised pumps such as the Stallion range, drum pumps and can design pumps with unique features for highly specialized applications. Wilden pumps can be used in extreme conditions, and are able to solve most application problems.
