The Mono Agricultural Surface Pump (ASP) is a water transfer pump and has been designed to pump potable water from rivers, dams, ponds or tanks to a desired location. The ASP has been design tested and proven in the field over a wide range of water pumping applications. It has been designed for maximum efficiency and reliability. There are two main configurations in the ASP Range; the Motorotor or Bareshaft.

Mono Compact C

The Compact C Range of progressing cavity pumps has been manufactured by Mono to offer you a pump designed to fit into compact spaces, whilst reliably performing to the maximum duty requirements of your application. Features include good suction lift capability of over 8 metres, positive displacement for process control and variable speed for accurate dosing.

Mono CP

Mono CP pumps are designed for use where low flow or transfer duties in both domestic and industrial applications are required; these units are self-priming and achieve suction lifts up to 8 metres on water. Mono’s CP Range pumps provide an economic answer to many pumping duties. Simple design and construction provide extended pump life with minimal routine servicing.

The progressing cavity pump principle ensures steady output pressure and non-pulsing flow with minimal slippage - a very useful feature when pumping heating oil to burner nozzles. Mono Dosing

Mono Dosing

The Mono range of dosing pumps offers an efficient, reliable and low maintenance solution for applications where low flow, accurate dosing is required. The Mono dosing pump provides a smooth pumping action with no pulsation and very low shear. The pump is ideal for either intermittent or continuous dosing duties in high pressure, low flow applications, and represents a cost-effective and reliable alternative to the more expensive gear pumps traditionally used for these types of duties. The modular design of the new dosing pump allows the four models in the range to cover performance requirements from 25 litres per hour up to 1,250 litres per hour and 72 bar pressure.

Mono Solar SRX

Mono Solar SRX

The Mono™ Sun-Ray SRX solar pump has been designed to transfer surface water with the same efficiency and reliability as other Mono solar pumps. Available, with either a stationary or GPS Tracking array, ranging from 200 Watts to 1600 Watts, the Sun-Ray can deliver very high daily flows with discharge pressures of 120m. The highly efficient, helical rotor pump is inherently self-priming, so the pump can be positioned up to 4m above the water source, allowing the pump to be installed on the top of dam walls or on river-banks above the high water mark. The Sun-Ray is suitable for pumping water from springs, rivers, tanks and dams. It is available with a floating pontoon that has been designed to safely enable the pump to float on a dam or other water source. The PC (Progressive Cavity) helical rotor pump element used in the Sun-Ray pump is proven to provide maximum water output even in water containing silt or iron oxide, and low pump speed means extended rotor and stator life in abrasive bores. The PC pump will deliver water with every rotation regardless of speed, on solar, when pump speed will vary with the amount of sun it is important to get water with every turn of the pump. All Sun-Ray systems are supplied complete with pre-wired solar modules, array frames, pump element, submersible motor and solar motor controller. The entire package is easy to assemble and all electrical connections are fitted with plugs & sockets, so electrical connections do not require an electrician. Float and/or pressure switch input enables complete system automation. The Sun-Ray will only pump as long as water is needed and will stop once tanks and troughs are full.
